My Wife is celiac and it make it hard to find a good safe place to eat out. We have tried gluten free pizza from alot of places and it is just not edible. But the gluten free pizza here is OVER THE TOP FANTASTIC. I orderd this when my family came to town and they were very pleased with how good it was. They said if I never told them it was gluten free they would not have known it is that good. I appreciate the friendly folks at Dimitri Pizza who took our late order and prepared two awesome delicious veggie pizzas. The pizzas were perfect, cooked in olive oil, not too greasy and joy to eat.
