Great place, cool selection of beers, the food was ok too at fair prices and the staff was really nice, i only missed they played some cool music like the selection the guy in the kitchen was listening to (iron maiden, motorhead) to make it even better.
A great selection of varied, tasty beers and very helpful staff. We didn't have food, but were impressed all the same.
We heard music and walked over to find a local band playing in the rooftop patio. Great vibe. Easy 5 star

Dog Mountain Brewing in Port Alberni is a world-class brewer that offers delicious food and excellent service. The menu features a variety of options, such as nachos, chicken quesadillas, and a flight of beer, along with amazing avocado toast and coffee for brunch. Although the nachos could benefit from evenly distributed toppings and cheese, and the quesadillas might need a bit of hot sauce, they are still enjoyable. The spacious dog-friendly rooftop patio boasts beautiful views and is a great place to enjoy drinks, food, and fun activities like open mic nights. The knowledgeable and friendly staff ensure a pleasant dining experience, making it a place worth returning to. With good vibes, great service, and some of the best beer, it’s 1000% recommended.
