A Brooklyn Pizza so I called up in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and the pizza was here within 30 minutes And my grandson was happy and everyone else too. “We had a great experience here. We loved the Haleem and Ash Sabzi (Shirazi) so much. Just make sure to ask them not to add oil if you don’t like on Ash or Haleem. The owner Mr Mohammad was so warm and the whole staff and the atmosphere were welcoming. Definitely going there again and again.“

“I accidentally tipped twice.
I ordered online and paid in store.
My order already had a tip included, but their machine does not recognize this, so it asks you for a tip. I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I added a tip. When I checked back at my car, I tipped on top of the amount that was already tipped, which means my second tip was based on the previous amount which included the tip. My 2nd tip, although same percentage was higher than the first tip. Not really happy about that, but now I know.

Asides from that, The cheese just is not cheesy. Almost like there is not enough cheese, or not seasoned right.

The presentation looks great.
The pizza was warm, crust was crispy.
Lots of veggies and meat.
My kids were ultimately happy about the pizza.

The staff was friendly.
They labeled the boxes, which I like because my son can't have tomato anything, so he had a separate pizza.

The missing star is because the cheese is just not cheesy.

“Food was good as usual. Kiddo got the shrimp and onion rings, I got a three piece combo. Not too spicy, but definitely had a little kick at the end.
Place was constantly busy and the staff
were doing the best they could. Food was packed as soon as it was ready...nothing stayed long on the warming shelves.

“Hellcrust Pizza is the new kid on the block as far as chain pizza parlors go, and you can taste that in the best way possible in their pizza. The brand feels young, scrappy, and hungry. This is my 3rd time enjoying their stuff, and it has not disappointed once.

The crust is bready in that light tender golden-bottomed way: a pleasant chew without being doughy. Doesn't sit too heavy in the stomach afterwards like some do.

The toppings are fresh, generous, and well planned on their recipe pizzas. It's nice to order tomatoes and see more than one per slice. The pizzas come together nicely.

The cheese is what does it, though. It's fresh and gooey in that pizza way. It's not epic cheese pull pizza. Instead, the cheese feels real and soft and flavourful.

Honestly, Hellcrust reminds me of the pizza chains of the 90s in the way that it feels more authentic, more real, more flavourful, more honest than the tired, greasy, over-synthetic rubber cheese pies of the current standard.

If every Panago turned into a Hellcrust I'd honestly order pizza way more often.

Personal Fave atm is the Shrimp Cocktail pizza but I've tried 5 or 6 different recipes and they've all been great.“
