“It's way better than the food court at Langley store. The parking lot is huge, and the food court is less crowded with more tables.

Tip: Avoid coming on weekends in the afternoon, especially on Sundays. Parking is nearly impossible to find. If you are looking for a spot to park, two hours before closing time is ideal for shopping as it gets less crowded.“

“Yoo this place is awesome, the owner he brings new food truck everyday single day and love to go there and try new foods, also he's got loads of candies at his store...nice clean outside...highly recommend to everyone and specially food lovers....

“This place is great! My partner and I both got wonton soup from Kwan Kee Noodle House and it was very fresh and flavourful, the noodles were perfectly cooked and still bouncy and the wontons were big, juicy, and loaded with prawns.

We are definitely coming back“

“I haven't tried their BBQ yet but the two food items I tried were fresh and I like how each dish only had a small portion in each tray for quality control.

The service was friendly, and the food court here is kind of a hidden gem in Surrey.

The price is decent too, comparable to Manchu wok.

- Tangsuyuk portion was massive!
- Deepfried Dumplings had the perfect crunch
