We ordered a variety of dishes to enjoy at home, but unfortunately, upon unpacking our order, we realized our pizza was missing. Given how much we were looking forward to trying their pizza, this was a bit disappointing. However, what followed truly showcased the excellent customer service at The Social Tavern. When we called to inform them about the missing pizza, the owner personally apologized and promptly delivered the pizza to our home. Not only did he deliver the pizza, but he also included a complimentary appetizer to make up for the inconvenience. When the pizza arrived, it was clear that the wait was worth it. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in Surrey – perfectly cooked with a delicious crust and generous, fresh toppings. The complimentary appetizer was a delightful bonus and further demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. The Social Tavern turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one through their outstanding service and exceptional food quality. “This is and always has been a very good pub. It's got a nice stage in the corner and they bring in some great entertainment. They have trivia nights, they have bands, and on Valentine's Day they've got a magic show that will include two magicians performing close up Magic and later on in the evening stage magic. The food is great at this pub. The servers are friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your stay.“

“I used to go to the Jolly Coachman every week and I had such a good time there. Always great stuff friendly people and good atmosphere. I went back recently for another visit and found out that I've been missing a lot. What a wonderful place to go and meet people. Great food and really good service.
