I always buy a Baby Burger with Pickles. I let the staff know I love pickles, so now they load me up and it is amazing.

Refused service to a homeless guy for not showing ID?
Even if they was banned from the mall I’m insulted that some kid at AW even asked for ID.
They new who he was, fine refuse service. But ask me for ID because I look like a someone you suspect is banned and you crossed a line.
Very rude service, they always forget something in th order and i once waited an HOUR for my food and the restaurant wasnt even busy. Ive gotten hair in my food, maybe they should start wearing hair nets! And another time i saw a worker purposely give mine and my parents order to another table. The food is usually cold and i dont belive they use as many fresh ingredients as they say... if i could give 0 stars i would.
