What a great find! I was here for breakfast and lunch. Loved the oatmeal cup, offered in 2 flavours. The peppermint fog latte is a wonderful calm treat. The Port Hardy fog is a super unique latte.
Service was friendly and attentive.
I love the book nook downstairs and gift shop upstairs.
Will definitely visit again.

We stayed for two nights in Port Hardy. The first morning had coffee early in the morning. The baked goods were fresh from the oven, tasted amazing. So next morning came again. The croissants did not look fresh. I asked and the answer was that it was baked this morning. It was a lie. And the difference was crucial.
Food wise it was 5 one day, 1 the other. But the lie has put our experience all the way down. The answer I expected was: we do not have anything fresh yet, but in 30 minutes we will.
I would have waited.

Cafe Guido in Port Hardy is a delightful spot not just for its great food and coffee but also for its welcoming ambiance. One of the standout features is its collection of books, which adds a cozy, literary touch to the café. The shelves are stocked with a diverse range of titles! A bought “The Curve of Time” from here !

Loved this stop on our road trip!!! It was a very unexpected delight. The service was friendly and efficient. The coffee's we bought were so yummy and the treat we bought was delicious! The venue itself, is so nice, and there are two other levels to look at while waiting for your fresh coffee or treats, filled with local artisans great works of art.
