Superb, worthy of any European Patisserie. Beautiful to look , delectable flavors and textures. This one Rocher is chocolatey creamy crunchy and perfect sweetness. Made the Birthday memorable. Stopped there after a fun day at Buntzen for pizza, I don't usually like thick dough but this was really good, infused with flavor all the way through. breads are excellent too.

We ordered two cakes for my engagement party a week prior. They called us a few hours before pick-up saying they didn’t have the cake flavour we selected. No apology, no explanation. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

A lovely Bakery! Fresh bread, cakes, 🍰 pastries...also cheese 🧀 & deli meat + coffee & donuts. I had an awesome Americano & Apple Fritter. Both A1! You can tell that there is alot of passion & hard work done at this business.

Not a customer but looked like they had great cakes. Even if it's busy, they had a good system for getting customers through as well.

Harmony and her team at Casa Del Pane were so amazing in every aspect of making this cake for my brother’s engagement party. I gave Harmony an inspiration photo of what we wanted, and she gave us exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive in the coordination of this and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. They also delivered it on time for the event and in perfect condition. We got the lemon meringue flavour and it tasted absolutely amazing, as everything from this bakery does! And it looks beautiful… just look at it! It was basically also a decoration and looked amazing in all the photos and made the event so special. All the guests loved it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will be ordering all of my cakes from here in the future. Thank you so much!

Cute Italian deli and bakery in Newport Village. Been here for years. Perfect place to get a panini or a mini pizza for lunch or pick up your artisanal Italian grocery items. Lots of cakes, pastries and deserts made onsite to tempt you with a cappuccino or espresso. Nice patio for summer

The cashier’s attitude was terrible.

I initially thought this would be a beautiful and delicious shop—but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing.

We spent some time selecting what we wanted, but were completely ignored. No eye contact, no greeting, no interaction at all.

Even at checkout, we weren’t told the total or where to tap our card. We were left standing there, awkwardly figuring it out ourselves.

We had originally planned to get a large cake, but ended up only choosing two cookies—because the staff’s lack of basic courtesy and respect made us feel unwelcome.

A dessert shop is supposed to bring joy to customers—not serve as a stage for the staff’s mood or attitude.

It was an unwelcoming and honestly awful experience.
