Casa Dolce Gelato & Chocolate

I ordered a cappuccino, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste good — definitely not the café-quality I was hoping for. The sandwiches were also a bit pricey for the portion size. I used to really enjoy coming here, so I was a bit disappointed this time. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I visited Casa Dolce Gelato & Chocolate with my daughter and had such a lovely experience. Bianca, the young lady at the counter, was incredibly kind and friendly. When my daughter accidentally dropped her ice cream, she kindly offered her another one for free. Such genuine kindness made our visit very special. Thank you, Bianca, for the amazing service!

I tried the mango-flavored ice cream at Casa Dolce, and it was really tasty—so creamy and flavorful. The service was amazing too; the staff were super friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a great place to go when you want a delicious treat. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Very good Gelato. Service was very kind. I had the blueberry which was good quality but my daughter's mango flavoured was much better. The cakes look really nice as well.

Amazing sugar and dairy free dark chocolate ice cream. A fantastic choice for people who have to limit their sugar intake.

The handmade chocolates they have are incredible! Each one is a masterpiece, bursting with flavour. And the decorations are just gorgeous, creating a lovely and inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to indulge in some sweet treats and feel like you’re in a dream.

I highly recommend checking it out if you ever find yourself in town!

I used to enjoy this cafe for the friendliness and gastronomical delights.

In recent years i have tried to re-enjoy after ownership change. Unfortunately, the experience and my attendance will be no more!

The new owners have reduced their panini's by half, yet increased their prices, and continue to refuse placing cream out for self-serve. They also do not provide a welcoming ambiance/friendliness. In fact, they do not smile at all! In addition, the impression I had overwhelmed my stay even after only imminently finishing my paltry panini, is ridiculous.

In a world where customer service and decent cafes are dwindling, I alas will not spend my hard earned dollars here again.

The gelato is too sweet compared to other places

The gelato was ok at best. The flavour wasn't great and the gelato was extremely icy. The cup started leaking from the bottom after a few minutes which made it annoying to eat while avoiding drips. The staff were friendly enough and the location was clean.
