The prices are really good for bubble tea. Its cheaper there then anywhere else I go for boba. It’s always been delicious and the staff is so friendly. It’s often pretty quiet when I got here so please go support them. I would hate for them to ever close down. ??

I go to this place regularly coz I like their bubble tea. They have so many options. However, I was extremely pissed by their customer service. I asked for coconut jelly in my drink, looks like they have two flavors (Pineapple & Lychee) which I didn’t seem to know at the time of ordering. So, I just asked for coconut jelly. When I got the drink, it had pineapple jelly in it which I really didn’t like. When I went back to ask, lady at the counter told about the options. They could’ve asked me what flavor I prefer when I ordered which they didn’t. Her answer was “apparently, if the customer doesn’t specify by default they would add pineapple” Wow what if the customer is allergic to pineapple ? They’d let them die on this drink I guess. NEXT TIME ASK THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT.

Was quite surprised to find the store empty on a Sunday afternoon. As far as service goes, staff is very friendly. Drink options pretty decent and the drinks themselves were perfect! Got the strawberry banana slush and house tea with pearls. Did not disappoint and will be going back again soon for a quick non-alcoholic drink date.
I had the worst experience ever in bubble tea here in the whole Lower Mainland particularly for the customer service. I thought I ordered Chocolat Slush and they said they ran out of regular pearls so I ordered coconut jelly instead. It turned out a Coconut Slush with CoconutJelly. I told the 2 cashiers I wanted Chocolat Sluch with Coconut Jelly but she insisted I didn't and she literally said they both heard coconut slush. It's possible I ordered wrong but it's a pity they force you to get what you didn't want and usually they change your order in Canada and made it right. Poor service and also the slush was really bad.

Ordered a mocha oreo bobafor the first time here, very yummy, fast and cheap!!!Love the straws they use and the pearls were perfect! Honestly do not mind paying/tipping more because of service and quality.Definitely prefer here than other big boba chains.
