Every time I go into a McDonald’s washroom ran by Visa Students, it’s the same result🤢 The toilets are never cleaned🤮 they are so neglectful of cleaning the washrooms that I had to complain multiple times & it never changes🥀😑🤦♂️

I ordered a Happy Meal and received a game card as the toy. Since the display showed Grinch toys, I went back to the counter to ask if I could exchange it for one of those. The server responded with an ironic attitude and kept asking me to “show” the toy I wanted, even though the display was locked and I clearly pointed to it. He then asked his coworker, who was even more ironic, laughing and said those toys might only be available tomorrow (Dec 05). However, according to what I saw online, they were supposed to be available starting Dec 02.
At this point, it felt like the staff either lacked information or simply didn’t want to be helpful — and I believe it’s more the latter. The toy itself is not the issue; their attitude and lack of professionalism say much more.

My experience was very bad. I was kicked out by the staff at 11:45 whereas it said on the door and the website that the restaurant was open till 12 for dine in. When I confronted them they said that the last order time is taken at 11:30 and no one can sit in the dine in area after 11:45. If you(mcdonalds) close at 11:30 then don't say that your open till 12!!
Stale fries. The staff actually refilled the same container too, which has to be a health code violation. This location has generally poor service and quality. We've had other problems with it.
McDonald's, get your act together and get management to do better.

I’ve been waiting for a Big Mac for more than 20 minutes. When I asked, the manager said my order wasn’t on the screen and just handed me the burger — no apology at all. Very disappointing experience.

Dropped by this location for a quick meal and probably one of the best McDonald’s meal I had a for long time. Everything tasted so fresh and my fries were actually crispy and hot. Restaurant was clean and felt comfortable to dine in and staffs were friendly.
