Over the past 10 weeks i have had something wrong or misplaced in my order more than not. The staff seem more focused on socializing than making sure the orders are correct. This morning sat july 12 2025, walk in and the front lady is on her phone for a couple minutes before she notices me. Could be soooo much better staff seem friendly and nice. Just not customer service oriented it feels.
You need to keep pressing on the water tap to get water, so you can not wash both hands at the same time. Also, no paper towels in the washroom and hands dryer does not work. Moreover, the front self ordering kiosk's printer did not work, and the sales associate did not able to print a receipt using another printer; there was no printer out of order sign on that kiosk.
