Amazing place with separate cozy rooms, staff are super friendly
Ignored from the moment we were seated. Got a table and then weren't given menus for 10 minutes. After finally being given menus the two servers proceeded to attend to every table but ours, including two that arrived after us. Felt like garbage and finally left after 15 minutes of being treated like ghosts.
Ordered lots of food, came out really fast and fresh!

Lovely service from the lady that served us, she’s quick, attentive, and super nice! The food was amazing too, we had their Mr Bean Roll as well as the Classic Spicy Tuna, Salmon Avocado, bunch of different Onigiris… as well as some plum wine.
All the food was super fresh tasting and fantastic!
Love the ambiance too, cozy, warm, comfortable!

Murasaki in Port Moody is a fantastic spot for Japanese cuisine! The service was excellent—friendly and attentive throughout. We tried the sushi and sashimi bento box, which was generous in portion, beautifully presented, and came with fresh sashimi, and crispy, perfectly cooked tempura. The atmosphere is cozy, great for a casual dinner or a special night out. A must-try is their “Viper” roll—an unagi roll that arrives on a scorching flame. It was both a visual treat and absolutely delicious. Solid 5 out of 5. Highly recommended!

I tried the signature rolls. They all looked yummy!! I ordered the IOCO and the Moody Fever. Both are my new favorite so far.

This was a wonderful dining experience as well as my first time trying Zaru Soba which I would highly recommend on any hot sunny day!
Food is delicious and huge servings, very friendly staff and prompt service and the ambience is so relaxing. I will definitely comeback and recommend murasaki to my friends.
