Needed a receipt reprinted for work because the self serve area was out of paper. Apparently that was not an option unless I waited 45 minutes and a chance of missing a ferry. Had to refund and repurchase. Also had the wrong total as a refund. FYI needed the receipt for work expenses. Maybe train staff on the absolute basics before leaving them alone to run a store
One of the slowest drive throughs I've ever seen. 15 minutes waiting with just 3 cars ahead of me...
Get to me back in a mcdonald's where it is self serve soda.

McDonald's serves good fast food, with friendly staff, although sometimes orders may be incorrect. The atmosphere is not pleasant, but it has a convenient location in a mall with plenty of parking space. It's a kid-friendly restaurant with "Happy Meals" available. The restaurant has handicap parking and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. However, tables may need cleaning, and service can be slow at times.
