Have coffee at the counter NOT only in the drive thru. Have more than one till open inside, Have someone pleasant serving customers, not slamming the coffee down, spilling it. Put coffee sleeves on, or at least have them available at the pick up counter. Finish your order BEFORE serving the next person, not leaving the previous custome standing there like an idiot...and to top it all off FIX THE AUTOMATIC DOOR, it's been broken since 2020!!!
Sure is a nice place to eat and have coffee. Just wish the people who are regulars kept their opinions to them self.
We got ears and some people ruin it for others.

The Powell River Timmies team works hard, and even when the line is long or the morning rush is crazy, they stay positive, fast, and respectful. The staff are friendly and provide fast service, often knowing customers' orders by heart and serving with a great smile. Customers have noted that the food is excellent, with very fresh protein and veggies, as well as good vegetarian options. However, the restaurant can be quite busy, and parking may be limited. The seating area might get crowded and a little messy at times, but overall experiences are reported as normal and satisfactory. Some customers have enjoyed the pumpkin spice, especially when made with a generous amount of cream and just the right amount of cinnamon. While the espresso machine was temporarily broken during one visit, customers continue to enjoy their time, with some recently trying the brown sugar iced latte and pineapple dragon fruit frozen quencher, which they found delicious.
