I don't think I've ever done a review for a fast food restaurant before, but the customer service of the employee by the name Zach, was unbelievable. I've never encountered such a friendly employee at a fast food restaurant. All while remaining top notch professional and offering helpful suggestions. I hope the management at this location appreciates this hardworking and kind young man, he does a wonderful job and it seems like he actually really enjoys it, too....
This was my first experience at Carl's Jr. I found the food, service and atmosphere to be very similar to Wendy's or Burger King. The prices were slightly more than the competitors and I personally prefer Wendy's. Overall, Carl's Jr was a good experience.
I usually come here for the poutine's because they are alot better then other places, but lately they have been forgetting to add bacon to my order when i ask for it. Its a bit annoying but not the end of the world, but today i went and got my poutine with a 3pcs chicken tender and they didnt put the chicken in the bag but i got the sauce. I understand that everybody makes mistakes but its disappointing when your order is always wrong or incomplete.
