I always make a point of dining at Kodiaks when they're open. Fine dining - amazing food - in a small intimate restaurant. The service is often an interesting experience because they are students and learning, but the food is always amazing. Chef Mandy does a great job with her team. I think this is actually the best restaurant in Prince George. And as one of my friends has Celiac disease, I really appreciate all the GF items on the menu. The pecan- crusted chicken was to die for and the steak was also fantastic. Highly recommend both the chocolate and lemon desserts. My dining companions raved about the scallops, gnocchi, and bisque as well.

I enjoyed the experience of dining at the Kodiak restaurant. The server answered our questions well with knowledge. He explained each course and dish well. He was polite spent time with each table without over staying. Each course was well presented and were enjoyed. The appetizer figs with brie would taste better with the brie skin. Otherwise all was.good.

I found the service excellent and did not have a long wait until the food was served. The server was very friendly and attentive. The meal was excellent, just enough food so I could eat it all and did not have to take any home. This is the second time I have gone for lunch at the Kodiak room and really enjoyed the experience.

Definitely appreciate eating here. The students do a great job with service, food presentation and getting your order right. Chef Mandy is happy to hear feedback to help the students. The fries are fabulous, tomato basil soup was so yummy on a winter day. The steak sandwich was loaded with meat. Will be back soon.

The food is delicious and presented beautifully. Dining at Kodiaks is not just a meal it is an experience. We look forward to Kodiaks opening at the end of each semester every year. It is wonderful to watch each class excel.

We don't go for the service as it's the cooking students who take turns serving but they are always pleasant. The food is always perfectly cooked, flavoured and presented and it's an amazing deal for the quality and quantity.

The 5 course meal was delicious and a great Surprise. The attention to detail from Flavours to presentation was wonderful. It felt like going to a high end restaurant. Thank you for all your hard work chefs and students

I went to Kodiaks for lunch with a friend and we had a very pleasant experience. The first thing one notices is that the restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming. Our server was quite prompt, very polite, and helpful. I ordered the steak sandwich with the soup of the day, which was taco soup. The soup was very flavourful; however it was mild, not spicy. I enjoyed that course. The steak sandwich was served open face. It was cooked exactly the way I requested and it was tender and delicious. For dessert we both had apple strudel. We found every course to be prepared nicely. We received good value, great service, and fine food. We certainly will return.

As always, my visit to Kodiaks yielded great service, and amazing selections. It was almost impossible to decide what to order! I landed on a Poke Bowl, and it exceeded my expectations - it was a perfect blend of flavours and textures. And, also as always, the ambience was top notch.
