Terrible customer service! Went for birthday meal with my wife and daughter. Only to be seated by the greeter, then told by the server we had 40mins to order, eat our food and get out as they had reservations!! Seriously!? Why would you seat us and not say your full!? It takes them 20-30mins to get your food leaving us 10mins to eat and leave!!! We have been there 3 times in the past, bring out of town family and friends. We ordered the fish and chips and the 10oz Steak and Lobster Tail. Everything was unbelievably delicious and perfectly cooked. Our server was Ashley-Paige, and she was stellar! Friendly and efficient. 😁

Oakroom has some of the best breakfast in town 😍 had a mix up order through door dash and the girls were so helpful and offered us a free replacement breakfast which turned out amazing 🫶🩷 thank you Hailey !! Will definitely be ordering again from Oakroom .
