The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill (Prince George)

Initially I had a terrible experience, but meeting new coworkers a month after moving to this town, we immediately came to the brew house. Things changed, we became acquainted with two really awesome bartenders. After a dreary day at work, Tyler and Calvin and their impeccable customer service, makes slaving away at work, less shitty. Cheers gentlemen, keep up the great work

Sounded like they had the game on max volume. We couldn't even hear our server, she was literally yelling across the table and they wouldn't turn in it down at all so we had to leave.

A huge thanks to Darren and the awesome team at Brewhouse for welcoming the Northern Fancon crew with open arms! 10/10 service all around. I will definitely have to frequent the Uptown location in Victoria more often. Well done!

Nick is the best waiter there ever, I just want him to be one of the guys. Would love to share a beer with him. If you get the chance you have to check this place out hopefully he’s around .

Terrible. Poorly ran. Went in and wasn’t very busy, felt like I was always waiting while watching my server sit and chat with her friends and bartender. Waited forever for my first drink got my food which was alright. Then the server never came back, I flagged down another worker asking for a drink. It never came, asked for my bill and got it right away followed by a big smile and cheerful attitude. Funny how I get service finally when money is involved when I didn’t tip, the servers face dropped and she scoffed at me. Will not be back, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. Do not recommend. I saw the positive recent posts, the server mentioned to her friend that I overheard that the staff were doing reviews and getting their friends to do fake positive reviews for Libby and Nick. Shameful.

I came in with 5 other people a few weeks ago for my friends birthday. We ordered a round of shots and 1 round of drinks (some of us shared a bull dog). And then our server mercy never came back. She was standing at the bar chatting with the bartender and never came back over (we watched her do this). So we finished our drinks and finally got the attention of our server for the bills and called a cab. The cab got there before she even separated our bills (it’s 10:30 Saturday night) she could not separate the bill, so we told her that we could just tell her what to put on the bills to help her (because the rest of us are restaurant workers and understand it can get confusing) she refused and started getting snappy with us. The cab has already been waiting for 10mins. When we gave up and paid all together. The bill came to 300$. Keep in mind we didn’t order much. When we asked to see the bill she refused and mumbled under breathe and rolled her eyes and got upset. We were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant, so it’s not like she was busy anyway. This experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any establishment. And when wanting to have a conversation with the manager, they said that they didn’t have time to talk and didn’t care about what we had to say. Unprofessional, terrible service, and terrible customer service. I will never be returning to brewhouse and neither are the friends who experienced this as well. Time and time again they prove to not have good service. But Mercys service and the experience with the manager was my last straw.

Got appetizers but they forgot about one so they were late bringing it. Order before the main meals so we could have it before. Someone they forgot my fries when I order on skip the dishes multiple times. I do like going in instead now.

Nick was FABULOUS!! He accommodated us, he stayed after his shift ended so we could get seated in a different section that we requested as we had a large group with no reservation. Nick identified several drink and food items that we may like and when he found out we were out for a birthday he surprised our group with a round of shots. He was very attentive, never missed a beat, and was so personable. We honestly wished he was he was part of our group and having a shot with us! Thanks for making our night Nick! We’ll definitely be back! 🙌🏻

The people and staff are awesome the fish and chips we're the best I've ever had, I recommend this establishment for all fish and chip lovers, you will not be disappointed, me and my buddies have been all over town exploring restaurants that serve fish and chips and this is now by far the number one place, so enjoy

Had the best evening with the girls on the patio at the Brewhouse.. Great food, fast service and great vibes from our servers Nick, Libby and Jessie!!
