Best place in town!

I will give 0 star if i can. I wait for almost half an hour for my skip order but they are standing free and talking to each other. They saw me that am standing but nobody come to me even asking for the order number such as racist thing it is.

Just another corporate beer place. Definitely not a brewery. Same as Buffalo wild wings in the US or any of the other corporate fake breweries.

Worst customer service in town !!!!! We made a reservation in advance and clearly mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that at all. Upon arrival, our server maintained a very cold and distant attitude. At no point did she ask whose birthday it was or even offer a simple greeting. Service throughout the evening felt very disorganized and inattentive. It was not particularly busy, yet our drinks were delivered by the bartender, the appetizer was brought by another server, and our main server rarely checked in with us. In fact, she did not return to our table to ask if we needed anything until we were almost finished with our main course. Whenever we needed something... whether it was assistance, extras, we had to flag down other staff members who happened to be passing by. Basic table service was also lacking. We were initially given only one small plate and no proper cutlery, which we had to request ourselves. After finishing the appetizer, our plates and cutlery were not refreshed when the main course arrived, and again we had to ask another staff member to bring them. Dessert service followed the same pattern. Our server never came back to ask whether we wanted dessert or anything further. We had to find another server to place the order. When we did order the triple o chocolate dessert, we politely asked if the chocolate drizzle on the plate could simply say “Happy Birthday.” We were told it could not be promised, and ultimately nothing was done. Overall, the lack of acknowledgment, minimal table attention, and the need to repeatedly rely on other staff for basic service made the experience feel very poor.

We made a reservation for 30 people for our hockey team between games. A couple parents mentioned to the server that it would be easier to go by jersey numbers, and she said she will divide it up later. We were spread out over 3 tables so we knew it could be a disaster come bill time, and it was. We had to wait approx 30 mins for the bills to all be sorted and the players food had taken 75 mins to come out so we were running late for our next game. I would just recommend they put that players food in first and get them fed before adults and that they ensure their servers bill by jersey numbers so make billing at the end much smoother.

We had a very disappointing experience. We went for my boyfriend's birthday dinner. We booked a reservation with plenty of time to spare before a hockey game we were going to. Unfortunately it took over an hour for 4 of us to get our food. No one owned up to making an error (other tables who came after us got food before we did! So ours must not have been sent in like it should've). Our reservation was at 4:30 and we didn't get out of there until 6:15! We missed the first period of the game we had tickets to.

We stood at the door for ten minutes while everyone walked by us. We were finally seated and served within twenty minutes. My drink was non alcoholic and tasted like lemon water with no rim. We were not served waters. The appies we had were the potato fry chips with cheese and bacon and the wings. There was no bacon. We had no napkins and noone checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We finished our food and our drinks. We sat for around an hour before we asked a different server for napkins and water as we sat there with greasy fingers. We finally got water and napkins right before I asked for our bill. I hate tipping mandatory 18-22% for no service. We had three different servers by the end we felt like we had inconvenienced them. We will not go back.

We had our staff Xmas dinner at the Brewhouse. We were well tended to, the staff were friendly and fun, food was delish, they were quick with drinks. It was fun and we will definitely be back!

We always love coming to Brewhouse! First time having our reservations at the tables by the front entrance, which we did not enjoy. The slushy drinks I was having tastes like the ice had been in the freezer way to long, my poutine was cold when it was served to me. Other that that we had a very great evening. We book Brewhouse often for UFC, and really do prefer the other side for our seats. Next time I will come down and specify our preferred seating. Thanks so much! Merry Christmas 🎄 Virginia.
