“I am immensely impressed with exceptional customer service that we experienced at the Tim Hortons on Ferry Ave. in Prince George.
I am from California and my daughter has been a student at UNBC. During her finals week I was remotely trying to order a special breakfast to be delivered to help her get through a particularly challenging day. I discovered that such orders cannot be made from outside of Canada.
I called the Tim Hortons on Ferry Avenue to ask what my options were and the phone was answered by the owner Sam Walker. After hearing my plight he personally went out of his way to make sure that my daughter got a hot power breakfast and a specialty coffee.
This gesture took Canada’s friendliness to a whole new level!!! Thank you, Sam Walker, for being a blessing to our family and for your leadership with kindness!“
“I just went in and got 2 double doubles and two apple fritters to go. They were nearly sold out of the fritters. They were highly recommended and both the coffee and frittters were delicious!! The employee who took my order was super friendly and welcoming with a great smile, made me feel valued. I wished we had a Tim Hortons were I live in Tennessee!“
“Evening is quiet and probably the best, or when no one is around. No worries there.
It's when there is a line of 3-5 people at the Tim's is when it gets ridiculous, watching people order something, assume that order is the correct item ordered in record breaking 15 seconds, and grab the first three people's item before then!
Pay a little more attention maybe, and check your item purchased. Don't get mad at the staff when your order is wrong, maybe you grabbed the 3 people before you?

“I visited Tim Hortons today and ordered a French Vanilla with steamed milk. Most of the time my order gets messed up, but this time IAN took my order and he was excellent. He listened carefully, prepared my drink exactly how I wanted, and was very friendly throughout. The coffee was perfect — the best I’ve had here. Great service and great communication from him. He deserves recognition for doing his job so well.“

“Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple. Yea you may get a bad coffee here and there but it's a tried and true place to stop on any road trip or for a quick breakfast on a busy weekend. With more menu items being releases and tested with the public I find tims becoming a more go to place to find a quick bite.“
