This location has gone down hill lately!! Yesterday, ordered a large coffee with 1/2 cream. Got it with about triple cream. Today, ordered a Bran Muffin and received a totally different Muffin. Service is curt, to say the least. Inside, it's been extremely hot lately. Brought it up with one server and she said she was dying behind the counter. Duhhh. Complain to your manager. There doesn't seem to be any manager around as there used to be a good one. Don't see him anymore.

i went in for a dozen donuts, and they barely had any donuts, then they proceeded to just give me all the donuts nobody wanted, i always thought that they had to continuously refresh the donuts, they used to but now they have down sized it so much.
