“This place knows their coffee like no other cafe in Prince George. I am SO happy to have found such an amazing spot, my new favourite. Their lattes are perfectly creamy, espresso has the most delectable aroma (and flavour) AND they make their own syrups in house! So may options for those looking to delight their taste buds- soups are all wonderful. Treats are out of this world. I wish the parking situation in downtown PG was better- but it wouldn't stop me from coming here even if I had to park a mile away and walk LOL.“

“The weirdest and the rudest manager. I would not recommend working there. That manager harrassed my dear friend so badly she had to quit. That manager has a loose nut. I used to be a regular customer and I brought friends there. Never again!“

“I am immensely impressed with exceptional customer service that we experienced at the Tim Hortons on Ferry Ave. in Prince George.
I am from California and my daughter has been a student at UNBC. During her finals week I was remotely trying to order a special breakfast to be delivered to help her get through a particularly challenging day. I discovered that such orders cannot be made from outside of Canada.
I called the Tim Hortons on Ferry Avenue to ask what my options were and the phone was answered by the owner Sam Walker. After hearing my plight he personally went out of his way to make sure that my daughter got a hot power breakfast and a specialty coffee.
This gesture took Canada’s friendliness to a whole new level!!! Thank you, Sam Walker, for being a blessing to our family and for your leadership with kindness!“

“I don’t know what is inside my gave Habanero wrap. But it was soooo goood. Service was exceptional as well. Ambiance was kinda good. Store was cool enought during summer days. Oh custard was good as well. This store is one of my fave to go when I’m starving.“

“Evening is quiet and probably the best, or when no one is around. No worries there.
It's when there is a line of 3-5 people at the Tim's is when it gets ridiculous, watching people order something, assume that order is the correct item ordered in record breaking 15 seconds, and grab the first three people's item before then!
Pay a little more attention maybe, and check your item purchased. Don't get mad at the staff when your order is wrong, maybe you grabbed the 3 people before you?
The Esso is attached to the same building and that's another story/rewiew.“
