“Stopped at Carl’s Jr. in Prince George and had a really solid meal. I ordered the Big Carl combo with a Coke and everything came out fresh and made to order. The burger tasted like it had just come off the grill, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft without being soggy. You could tell it wasn’t sitting around waiting to be served.
The fries were also fresh, hot, and nicely salted, which honestly makes a huge difference. The Coke was perfect too — super fizzy, ice cold, and exactly what you want with a burger and fries combo.
Overall the food quality felt a step above typical fast food, and the whole meal hit the spot. Staff were friendly, service was quick, and I’d definitely stop here again when I’m craving a good burger in Prince George.

“went to this location after a long day of Uni. I went through the drive through and got 2 California chicken sandwiches (the regular chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, roughly 15$). when i got the sandwiches, I noticed they didn't put on any of the onions. looking at the receipt, they put in the sandwiches wrong. i went inside, explained the issue, and after 5 minutes instead of just giving me some onions they made me two new burgers and told me to keep the originals. so i got 4 burgers out of it, and the burgers always go crazy. nice to see good customer service in the hart area, much better than the McDonalds when it comes to fixing mistakes.“

“Had a really good experience at Edo in the mall because of Ronnie and Ron. They were super nice, worked fast, and made the food really good. Everything came out hot and fresh, and they both had a really good vibe. You can tell they actually care about the customers. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at Edo.“

“I ordered from the app, and twice they gave me the wrong drink. I didn’t say anything the first time (people make mistakes), but the second time i contacted and asked for a refund for the drinks. (Just the drinks). They got back to me right away and said a gift card was waiting for me at the store. I went to pick it up and was surprised by the amount ($20!!). “Stopped by Burger King in Prince George on Whopper Wednesday and honestly had a great experience. The place was busy but the food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how you want fast food to be. The Whopper was made really well with fresh toppings and tasted way better than expected.
I also tried the new fries and the new crispy nuggets for the first time and both were surprisingly good. The fries were hot and crispy with a better texture than before, and the nuggets were fresh, crunchy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted like it had just come out of the fryer instead of sitting around under a heat lamp.
Staff were friendly, service moved quickly even during the rush, and the overall experience was honestly one of the better fast food visits I’ve had in Prince George lately. Definitely worth stopping in, especially on Whopper Wednesday.“

Unfortunately, the other two staff members on shift (a lady and a gentleman) seemed a bit unsure about the process, and we were trying to charge extra, which was confusing for us.
