I have been there many times and their customer service is great manager Sue and April were really friendly and approachable. My order was messed a bit but they fixed it. there was crew name varun was really helpful and kind with my kids we appreciate.
Personally I’ve never had many problems or issues with McDonald’s but I gotta say the costumer service and the greetings and the asking people about their day is amazing. I always see people working very hard and trying to make sure everything is perfect witch it is but still everyone isn’t perfect and sometimes we make mistakes but doesn’t mean we make mistakes on purpose we usually see what we have done wrong and try and fix it for others so they can get the best experience...read full review
