I came in on Dec/29/25 morning to buy me an my relatives breakfast at first impressed by the new look of the place the young lady at the front gave timid an anxious looks when we'd came in rather than a proper greeting good morning any sort of acknowledgement there was none else inside besides me an my grandfather but i decided to use the self service machines to order i had gotten the turkey club sandwich an everything bagel two donuts an 4 different verity drinks after finishing paying i ended up waiting 10 minutes absolutely fine I knew it would take awhile to prepare to than there for over 30 almost 40 minutes already by then there had been multiple people come in after me an received there food all in the span of a few minutes before i could even receive my food all that had come out sitting on the counter was 2 of the drinks I had got 1 donut an a bag sitting in the very back i assumed was my sandwich when i had gotten to the vehicle i had seen it was not an that it was a breakfast sandwich i came inside to then i had to remind them about my second donut an my small hot coffee an my iced coffee an my bagel an my turkey club sandwich an one of the workers had told me they already gave the last of their everything bagels away to one of the customers than had come in after me once as I was finally leaving with the bagel I did not want I overheard the young lady at the front tell the customers they werent selling lattes no longer due to their steamer had broken i had just gotten a latte for my mother it was half empty the foam on top was completely burnt an bitter she didnt even drink it an my family overall our morning was completely ruined an effected by the lack of service unsatisfied with our food an the customer service from staff was horrible wasnt at all acknowledged the employees ignored us an more than once stood around just looking at us i had payed alot of money for this food that none of us in the end really even wanted

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had a terrible experience today around 12:30 PM — the girl at the counter was completely out of line when I politely mentioned my coffee wasn’t made right. Instead of fixing it, she got defensive and talked back very rudely. Totally unacceptable behavior . When i told her that my protien latte is missing sugar free syrup instead of fixing it she started talking very much rudely and even when i showed her that it was mentioned in the menu as well she wasn't ready to listen and was talking back very rudely. These people don't have a fibre of understanding that how customer service works .
