Fast and friendly service. Bathrooms were closed down and plenty of riff raff hanging around outside on the property.

I don’t typically write bad reviews but while I was at Timmie’s on Victoria street today I ordered a buffalo chicken bowl and once I was almost done eating it i found that I was chewing on what appeared to be a melted McDonald’s monopoly game piece. Please do better Timmie’s I don’t appreciate eating literal garbage

Service very slow, food and coffee taste unappetizing and burned. Not a pleasant experience. I gave several time chance to this branch but everytime I waste money.

They have turned this location into the worst Timmy's in town, because of the homeless population there is no more seats to eat and drive threw is only option. Shame on the owners, hope it gets shut down if their not gonna give the service as other locations

Very low rating for these reasons staff is rude they take there time making anything waited there for 15 minutes just for a coffee and the only person there you go there just seems everyone hates there job there's tons of people that would love working there but no they hire people who hate every thing and everyone

I ordered ordered a sausage, classic bagel sandwich and with extra sausage and it came without my egg and then I called so I can get my sandwich and the young gentleman hung up on me very very bad service not only that they run out of everything early cause they never wanna cook anything even if it’s closing for four hours later and usually they mess up on everyone’s order 80% of the time

Just disgusting atmosphere. A manager that treats every walk in customer as a burden, staff with barely any English language skills. All in all, the worst Tim Horton's on the planet. They should be ashamed.

This location double charged me using the app. I went to the restaurant the next day when I noticed it and the manager was not available. I left a note to call me that included details of the concern and did not get a call. I then reached out and was told by Naomi the manager, I was wrong and they denied it. She actually argued with me and was extremely rude. I had to go to the bank and dispute it I then emailed head office and received no response from the restaurant. I was told by head office that it's the owner and management discretion if they choose to respond. I have sent several messages just because I want an apology for being treated poorly and feeling like I did something wrong when it was their error. Not mine. I have not been back to any Tim's in Prince George since. The sad part is, I was a regular that went several times a day and was well known by the employees. This goes to show that my business is of no value to them. Not only is this a problem, this location is notorious for getting orders wrong. They don't care about your business or consistency. All I wanted them to do was fix the problem from the beginning and apologize for the inconvenience. That was a month ago. Thanks for not reaching out and responding to my concerns through head office.

I went through the drive at 7:29 pm today may 28th, I ordered a donut and was told they were out as well as Tim bits and most other food. I thought that was odd considering the time, so I asked for a large double double. Once again they told me they were out and suggested I order a tea instead! I thought that was very unusual and mentioned I thought this was Tim Hortons? Her reply was they were very busy earlier and they didn’t want to make any more pots of coffee because they were closing soon?!? Greatly disappointed in the service and laziness of the staff there. The owner(s)or managers should be made aware of the lack of service and work ethic of their staff. Sad too see Tim Hortons degrading at such a rapid rate. No wonder more people are choosing to go to their competitors

Only one of the staff had a little unnecessary attitude, But it was early in the morning so it's somewhat understandable at the same time ?

Kid-friendliness: Sometimes there is 'illegal' types of activities around Timmy's but logically thinking about it, The staff are already doing the best they can for the situation, Don't get me wrong it's not like a complete 'Getto' place, It's usually a good in general place
