BEST PRIME RIB EVER well...my worldwide search for Prime Rib is over. I am a highly trained meat industry professional and Chef. I experienced true Prime Rib tonight. I was late and ordered a 16oz medium rare to rare cut. When 8t arrived I had to take a deep breath. perfectly cooked, plated, and seasoned. Roasted to a perfect internal temperature and allowed to rest. NOT cooked to raw and then broiled to serve. INCREDIBLE and very reasonably priced. $48 with all the trimmings....read full review
