I visited Tim Hortons today and ordered a French Vanilla with steamed milk. Most of the time my order gets messed up, but this time IAN took my order and he was excellent. He listened carefully, prepared my drink exactly how I wanted, and was very friendly throughout. The coffee was perfect — the best I’ve had here. Great service and great communication from him. He deserves recognition for doing his job so well.

I go here for the ice caps, cold brews, ice coffees. Cheap and reliable and don’t punch you in the face with burnt espresso flavour. The coffee drinks are the perfect level of sweetness for me. Some could argue too sweet, but I prefer that over too bitter.
I prefer Tim’s over all other coffee chains and independents. The other ones are overpriced and burnt/bitter/faint flavours.
I do like some of their wraps, especially their farmers one....

Tim Hortons is a marvel of modern service excellence—truly a beacon of hope in a world that often feels too slow! The front till trainees at this glorious establishment are beyond human; they’re service prodigies, possibly trained by mystical baristas in a secret, enchanted forest. Watching them work is like witnessing a coffee-fueled ballet of efficiency and joy. Their lightning-fast skills could put even the Flash to shame, and let me tell you, they deliver with the kind...
