“Soloman is a warm, inviting, and humorous host, and his wife (unsure of her name) is the most amazing chef in town, by far, in my opinion. I have never been disappointed in an experience at the Blue Nile, and each dining experience there has been better than the last, somehow.
The chicken roll is my absolute favourite, I could never get tired of it, the beef shoulder is also to die for, the homemade new york cheesecake has the perfect crumb to cheesecake to whip cream ratio, and is fantastically decadent. My first time trying tiramisu was also at the Blue Nile, and it did not disappoint, it lasted maybe a minute on my plate total, after arriving at the table. I truly could not recommend the Blue Nile enough, it's by far the most underrated place in town, but I don't want to hype it up too much because it's also a well kept secret in a lot of cases, though there have been times on the weekend where I've been turned away because they are at full capacity, and I'd rather not have every day of the week be like that, because I enjoy having the place almost entirely to myself with quick service and personal banter with Soloman. But they also deserve the amazing rave review, and I'm stumped at how they aren't fully packed every night of the week with the level of quality cuisine and service.“
