Monashee Spirits Craft Distillery is a fantastic speakeasy that offers a great cocktail selection in a brilliant place with top-notch service. The remarkable, cool cocktail bar and distillery surprises visitors with its craft cocktail options, which are many and creative, as well as the availability of more well-known brands of tequila, bourbons, and whiskey. Rory embodies the ‘craft’ in the distillery’s name, listening to tastes and fashioning custom drinks or hand-selecting liquors to try. The extremely well-equipped bar has all the tools and ingredients you’d expect (and some you wouldn’t!). The staff, like Jesse, cater to every whim with phenomenal service, bending over backwards to please guests. The overall vibe is very cool, making it a must-visit destination. Visitors praise the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting how drinks are made quickly and with care, often with a creative touch. The outdoor seating area is appreciated, especially for accommodating larger groups. The bar also features a popcorn machine and a menu with lots of unique cocktails, adding to the fun and relaxed atmosphere.
