“We had an issue upon check-in. There seemed to be double bookings for each night that we’re staying and the lady at the front desk keeps insisting to deal with booking.com (third party we used). I only have one booking confirmation so I wasn’t sure what she was referring to. After almost 15 mins of going back and forth, she finally made an effort to rectify the issue herself. I’m glad she did although I wish she had offered to put my mind at ease sooner instead of suggesting to deal with the third party as the primary solution.

We booked a 2-bedroom king suite. They are spacious and I appreciate that the two bedrooms are king size beds. The rooms seem clean but I didn’t like the areas with carpet. Our suite has a washing machine in it. That was dirty; there were black sand or dirty water buildup in the rubber part where water drains. It doesn’t seem like the washing machine has been cleaned properly.

The resort is secluded from the downtown area. It’s a good 10-15 mins drive. I wish there are more amenities or they make the resort more lively esp during the night.

One thing I really didn’t like about the resort is their lack of available elevators. There are three buildings and multiple floors that could go up to 7 with indoor parking. It looks to me that there are only two elevators servicing in one building. The wait in elevators alone could easily be 5 mins! Goodluck at checkout time!“

“I came here for brunch based on Gemini's recommendation, and it was a wonderful meal! The food was delicious, and the staff was all so friendly. You must eat the chocolate served with the coffee right away; otherwise, it will melt instantly until it's unrecognizable. One minor issue was that the sunlight outside was too intense, but thankfully, when I mentioned it to the staff, they lowered the awning immediately so we could eat in the shade. The egg benedict, sandwich, latte, and flat white were all amazing. It was even better because we could dine on the patio with our dogs! Thank you!“

“I would like to say this is my favourite pizza ever and I had had pizza absolutely everywhere and I still can’t get over when I moved here in 2023 was absolutely the best pizza then new owners and changed the recipe and it still is the best pizza just wish I knew the old one“

“We were in Revelstoke for the day, and walking around. The combination of German and Indian food intrigued us. We chose to sit outside, and the service was fast and friendly. Food was amazing and the chai tea to go was great. Thanks so much!“
