“This is one of my favourite spots in Revelstoke.
An upscale eatery in the heart of town, we have always had a good meal here. Their menu changes with the seasons to focus on what's fresh, which we love.
This time, we had the croquettas to start (so so melty), the orange and saffron mussels which were so fat and juicy, and the buvette (flank steak) salad. My only complaint is that the bread was so deliciously buttery and toasty it didn't soak up the sauce well (don't worry, I used a spoon to drink it instead 😉).
Next time you're in #Revelstoke, make sure you stop at the Quarter Master Eatery for a fabulous meal.“
