I really like this place. My city does not have this type of restaurant. Am always happy with the food.
Food was great. Four of us enjoyed everything we ordered: spring rolls, fried oyster mushrooms, tofu & eggplant, sweet & sour treasure and kong pow bean curd roll. We knew ahead of time everything would be served in disposables. Kinda weird but ok. We knew it wouldn’t be the best ambience, which was very true. Zero stars for ambience. To drink there was hot tea, coke or ginger ale. No water to help yourself to. So while we enjoyed the food, we all agreed it would be much better for takeout only.
I love this place , most delicious food in Richmond ?

Used to come here years ago and I remember the service and food quality was pretty fair. Now the owner/employee is so rude it’s absolutely disrespectful and food quality is subpar. Will be on my black list forever.
I love the food here. I've tried many of there dishes and everything I've eaten has been delicious. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they used only disposable dishes etc., even when dinning in. I switched to vegetarian/vegan for environmental reasons, so it makes eating here a little hard to justify. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-12
First of all, the one star reviews are too inaccurate, especially Veran Starre's review. Hot and sour soup isn't even on the menu!
Is it strange that I have to order at the menu at the wall? Yes. Is it weird that there's no hot tea, just warm? Yes. Is it weird that everything is in a take out container? Yes. However, the food is delicious (one of the best veggie meals in my opinion), the portion sizes are excellent with more than enough for leftovers, and the price IS NOT EXPENSIVE. People who say it's expensive must not eat out very often because tons of restaurants are much pricier.
Overall, if you're looking for delicious vegetarian food, you've come to the right place!!

This used to be a great restaurant pre pandemic. Very bad service. The lady working there was rude and stuck up. The vibes we're off in the enture restaurant. Super bad experience. If you enjoy paying a dine in fee, ordering from a menu stuck on a wall, and carrying your own food to your table all while paying tips then be my guest. The food was bad too. We ordered hot and sour soup and it was all xanthan gum filler, fried dought and it was okay bc it was deep fried from frozen. Don't come the reviews are fake and food is bad.

Such an interesting restaurant. Food was 10/10 and I will definitely be back! You have to order first before sitting and they only provide disposable plates and cutlery. I suppose it’s more targeted for takeout. Portions were great, especially since most dishes come with rice and soup. The iced passion fruit green tea was very good.

The pun of the name alone would gain my undying support, but finding a great variety of vegan dishes at the end of a long day was a real winner for us.

The food quality is the lowest I experienced over many years with vegetarian dining. There is no service, no self-serve water, and the environment is like in a Chinese grocery store.
The price is high for the selections available, you feel like a rip-off when finished.
We tried won ton soup, beef noodles, and a vegetable combo. A good portion was left untouched because of the poor preparation. The cook is very badly trained in our view.
It should be rated with one star, the lowest possible.
