Outstanding service top down or whatever you say it. We could not be happier with celebrating my father’s 90th birthday at Kirin Richmond for dinner. Food was great and the service was just exceptional.There was just the five of us. Many restaurants offer banquet / reception type menus but most of them are for parties of 10. Kirin Richmond offers an Abalone & Lobster Special Menu which you can reduce to half-size for half the price so it was perfect for us to have a banquet type set dinner for a small intimate party.
