The service attitude was particularly bad. I paid for the order in advance and was already rushing people away before I finished eating. I didn’t hear what she said clearly at first. After finishing the meal, the waiter started to clear the tables. My friend went to the restroom and I waited for her at my seat. , the waiter came over and told us in a very unfriendly tone that this table was reserved. The food was not particularly delicious and was average. The shrimp dumplings were all piled together and broke before they were picked up. It was recommended that we go to another morning tea restaurant. Well, I will never go to this place again!

I don't care how good is their food, but the hostess/female manager is just rude and recklessly when talking with their guests. She doesn't seem like care the business feom us since they are already famous in the town, and she would never look up to their guests' faces when she was talking to us. She talks to people with her poker face which made me lost my 99% of my appetite and no interest to eat at this place anymore. We ended up walk away to Sun Sui Wah where we could get better service.Again, nothing to do to their foods but just the way they greet their guests.

The use of pre-made dishes has made the taste worse than before, which may be the reason for the decrease in diners in the store.

This is a long-established Cantonese restaurant in Liechtenstein, and its products and services are both top-notch. It is a good choice for banquets and group meals, and of course the price is not cheap.

Outstanding service top down or whatever you say it. And certainly much better than their New West which as my other review states, are notoriously late in taking your order, food coming out and lack of service —- though they try and apologize.Back to here.Food is good though not as great surprisingly to New West. Wasn’t a fan of their pork chops, too ketchup-y.Peking duck lettuce was crispy and fresh; not enough meat for the skin portion plate.Pot chicken was just ok, New West much more moist.Dessert tapioca nice.Back to service — wow, must have changed at least 3 times without asking.Free parking on P3.Can’t say Amex approved as my sisters son’s bday.

We could not be happier with celebrating my father’s 90th birthday at Kirin Richmond for dinner. Food was great and the service was just exceptional. There was just the five of us. Many restaurants offer banquet / reception type menus but most of them are for parties of 10. Kirin Richmond offers an Abalone & Lobster Special Menu which you can reduce to half-size for half the price so it was perfect for us to have a banquet type set dinner for a small intimate party. Everything on the menu was delicious:- Assorted appetizers with beef tenderloin, deep fried silver fish with peanuts, smoked salmon, and jellyfish- Fish maw and silky chicken soup with pine mushroom and American ginseng- Braised abalone with peatip- Lobster with eggplants and rice cakes- Steamed rock cod- Roasted squabs- E-fu noodle- Baked tapioca pudding- Sweet purée almond soup with black sesame paste dough ballsWe loved EVERY single dish although my husband is al;ways partial to his own baked tapioca pudding with taro.Everyone who served our table was awesome. We brought with us a birthday cake. Without even us having to say anything, our waiter at the table immediately said he would take it to the refrigerator as my husband and I walked up to the table. As soon as everyone arrived and was seated, they began serving without us having to tell them to start serving.Everyone was attentive with every details and courteous in all possible ways during the entire course of our dinner. Individual plates were changed constantly to make sure that you are not having the next course with remnants of the last course on the plates. Question was asked on how the dish should be served (partitioned or served communally) every time a plate was laid. When our lazy susan started to be full of dishes, the team offered to start bagging up the leftovers. Since there were 5 of us, they even offered to bag the leftovers accordingly which party guest was taking which boxes home. They brought out the birthday cake lit ahead of the 2 dessert items on the menu with probably every wait staff on duty that night. My father was genuinely surprised. I was surprised too that the whole team would come over to the table. They gave us a choice for birthday song in English or Cantonese and we opted for the latter. It was a very wonderful dining experience. I think my parents thoroughly enjoyed the birthday dinner and I’m glad that we picked Kirin Richmond for it. My dad wanted to give a fat red envelope to the wait staff. My brother and I said we would give a fat tip. The price per person below includes tip.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: Free registered parking

No room for 2 people during lunch on a Thursday to get some chicken feet! In downtown Richmond. You must be nuts! Never again.

When I went with a group to eat, the Hong Kong style food was thickened, which wasted the freshness of the seafood. Everyone recommended the Hong Kong style food. Taiwanese people want to eat steamed fish, and the fish is not fresh. Not spicy.

You better make a reservation in advance before having dim sum in Kirin. As I know they are quite full even in weekdays. Kirin is the only restaurant I am willing to have dim sum in North America. Dim sum is in high quality and with prompt service .
