After being told when only 2 ppl waiting that my order is read6 and handed what was only 3 min ago, woman barely speaking English! Informs me I 'took the wrong order and just looks at me?"!??? Slow and only take cash

The worst A&W I have met! The kitchen looked messy and unclean, there was food falling on the ground. The scariest thing was that none of the staff were wearing gloves. The cashier was also the food packager, after receiving cash, she picked up the food directly! Is this the A&W hygiene standard? Watching their hands touch food was really uncomfortable!

There is a mystery with buddy burgers - there is always something missing. Usually I orger double buddy burgers with cheese. But I rarely get cheese on both burgers. Today ordered the same - got singles instead of dubbles...Why. Does. It. Happen. So. Often? Can you use some different order display? Or give detailed instructions on the screen? DOUBLE MEANS 2 PIECES OF MEAT!And the thing is I can't even come back reorder, as I work in the airport (outside the terminal), and can't just go there and back every 10 minutes...Managers? Supervisors? Anyone? Solve this problem. I ate too singles, but still hungry. That is why I wanted doubles.Aahhhhhhh............. Why?

I am blown away by the audacity of the crew. They only take cash, but does not have a sign up, so half the people waiting 30 minutes to order leave at the register. They took my $20USD for a $15CAD meal and returned only $6CAD, when the exchange rate states that $20USD=$27CAD. Do you see the issue? When I confronted them, the said they have a different system… wtaf… Literal scammers. When I got my order, they gave me the wrong fries and then made me wait another FIVE minutes for fries. FRIES.

Terrible experience. First of all the line was at least a 30 minute wait due to it being the only food store open in this terminal. The menu is far too small to read and there are not enough workers, making the orders extremely slow. When asked for the “all day breakfast menu”, apparently it was not available. Would not recommend, the other reviews on this page do not tell lies. Avoid.
