Salmon n’ Bannock On the Fly is my go-to lunch place when I’m flying internationally, it’s by far the best airport food I’ve had. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and while I love my own bannock, theirs is top notch too. I love supporting Indigenous businesses and just wish they had a spot on the domestic terminal too!
Amazing gluten free sandwich option! Bread was crispy and warm!!
