My fav bubble tea shop so far! The rose tea and other tea made with dried flowers are all amazing! However might be too sweet for most people, half sugar will be recommended! Like this spot not only because of their products but also because of their sweet service. Always make my day so well!

the music wa so loud...and drink didnt taste that good but i have to wait for so long, there is also a lot of dust on the decorations...also not good for pick up bc hard to park

We visited first time and it will definitely be the last time here. we ordered 3 drinks from Fantuan app, and ended up waited for 45 mins to got all our drinks. while asking for the reason, the staff manager stated in a rude attitude, and insisted that we will have to wait for all dine in order to finish, even they all came after our order.
the drinks were bad. we ordered 50% sugar but it was still too sweet.
we also ordered 2 bubble waffles and a drink from the counter, but the bubble waffles were the worst in town. very artificial taste. disappointing
Updates: a few minutes after i posted my experience, the staff manager called me with a criticizing manner, stating they intensionally postponed all Fantuan orders because one drink was discounted, knowing that we also ordered three full prize items with the counter and two other drinks in fantuan was also full priced.
he talked to me in a hostile tone and threatened me to never come back. this is how you treated your customer who just spent more then $40 for your “best” service in the shop.

I visited today for the first time and ordered two drinks. I requested one with the least sugar and less ice, and the other with half sugar and less ice.Upon receiving the drinks, I noticed that both were made with half sugar and less ice.
I returned to the counter to inform the staff member of the mistake, indicating that one of the drinks should have been made with the least sugar.
The staff member responded with a noticeable attitude, stating, "I guess you are the customer," and then proceeded to remake the drink. Unfortunately, the remade drink tasted sweeter than the one with half sugar.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was disappointing. I might consider returning, but only when a different staff member is on duty.

I ordered the daily special Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (half sugar, less ice) and I'm quite happy with it!
The oolong is definitely there and I can also taste the osmanthus fragrance. It comes with a decent amount of topping (I think it's tea jelly). The half sugar option is sweet enough but not too sweet for me (for benchmarking I used to go with no sugar at chatime). Overall, excellent milk tea with great balance!
Their menu is also interesting, I like that they offer daily special at a slightly lower price and I would love to try other milk teas if I visit again. IMO this is the standard of real milk tea. Highly recommend!

So confused with the negative reviews, this place has hands down the best bubble tea I have ever tasted. The only slight negative is the sweetness but that's a personal thing, I went with half sweet and next time will probably go down to a quarter or less. It took time to make the drink and I understand why, this isn't your average bubble tea at all. Wow. On a side note, I don't understand any Asian languages but there was non stop bangers being played thru the store. I had to Shazam a bunch of tracks, straight fire now on my playlist.
