Had take out from Best Bite last weekend and it was outstanding. All four different entrees were excellent and my entree, Prawn Biryani was superb. The service was fast and for what we ordered the price was very reasonable. I called the restaurant for take out order for naan and mentioned that make sure they are soft, fluffy and not over cooked/burnt, at the time of pickup manager informed me that she has checked the order and its perfect.See the pictures of the burnt naan which were not served to my guests, upon calling the restaurant, manager said you should have called immediately, lol, they have no sense of what they are talking or dealing with a customer.Owner needs to train the staff or close the restaurant. Manager even said to go ahead and make a google review of complain, owner have no clue of who she hired or how customer service would impact the business.Pathetic experience.

I order Chana masala and naan..the curry had double the oil than the chickpeas..no flavour to the curry… all I can taste of was oil..
The service was top quality, felt like Mom was in the kitchen making sure guests were happy. Definitely try again when in the neighbourhood.Vegetarian options: I had the vegetable platter. Very nice presentation, and flavours were bang on.

I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Samosas. Very disappointing dish for $19! The chicken tasted bland and dry with no sauce at all. It was like it wasn’t even properly seasoned. The mint sauce had no flavour whatsoever. The samosas were so sad and cheap tasting. And all this doesn’t even come with rice or naan. I was surprised this place has such high reviews for such poor quality food. Such a waste of money.
