*Updating Service to 5 Stars because Linda is amazing!!!*Revisited again 2 days after the first review to try the Carbonara and Bruschetta. They were both delicious - bruschetta was made with fresh, warm bread and it was delicious (I don’t like tomatoes and ate everything!). Carbonara was a generous portion and so tasty. But the highlight was definitely Linda’s service. She was so quick and friendly from beginning to end - polite and intuitive. She brought us more napkins without us asking and offered us chilli flakes and oil. Just super awesome at her job and she deserves the recognition!*First Review*Authentic Italian and surprisingly great!!! And I don’t even like pizza that much, but I realize I probably don’t like mainstream North American style pizza. I always get the Margherita, which is full of delicious and fresh tomato sauce, mild but tasty mozzarella. Also had the Vegetarian and it’s the same, but with extra toppings. Service is lacking but nice folks, they’re busy so it’s understandable!

Have been to Bibo's only a handful of times, however this was my first trip to this location in about 4 years.The pizza itself was subpar to say the least. Low-quality ingredients, not enough sauce (seriously, you could see how bleak it was around the edges), my pizza itself was burnt AND it wasn't even cut properly. Me and my dad had the same issue.Furthermore our waiter wasn't the best at his duties. We asked for salt and pepper and he didn't even bring it. We eventually had to ask someone else, however by this point the pizza had gotten cold. Very disappointing.I would've been okay if the pizza at least tasted good, but even that wasn't true.Overall a very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back.

Food was really good and arrived fast. Service really let the place down. Drinks were forgotten about, weren't ask how the food was, had to wait a long time to get the bill. The servers looked confused with everything going on yet it wasn't busy. Others tables had to go up to ask for the bill or more drinks. Service needs a lot of work unfortunately.

It was one of the most memorable bad experiences I've ever had.The chicken parmesan was cold, probably because it had been cooked ahead and kept it in frige or freezer. Also the tomato pasta tasted like pasta noodles mixed with canned tomato sauce. Needs better taste. The cocktail was also so so.Worst meal and $100 bill including tip gives you an idea of the cost of living in Vancouver. I will never go back.

Horrible service, charge for drinks but don’t bring anything, 10 mins to be greeted, 10 more to be seated, 20 mins for order to be taken, 20 mins for food, 20 mins to get someone to ring up bill, 10 more mins to get someone with machine to pay, go elsewhere, thousands of students looking for work, really hurt you to hire 1 more,You can get $20 back anHour in soda drink orders alone. Epic fail by this restaurant, they don’t care either. Overpriced, under topping pizza
