Big Star Sandwich Richmond

first time in there today ordered 2 sandwiches expensive nearly $50 dollars with tip. ordered a sandwich and asked if it could be toasted. I received at first not toasted. I then got it back slightly warmed up. I also asked for no tomato and i get home to find the sandwich has them in it. you set prices high you ask for a tip at least make the sandwich to what the customer requests. I was the only one in the shop.

The roast beef sandwich (number 27) really HIT the spot! The flavours were perfect!

My only caveat is the large size is a bit small for the price, but the quality is there!

I recently ordered a #4 (Tony Montana sub) from this location and the staff was great, friendly and were upbeat. The ingredients were noticeably fresh and the prep work that is put into the sandwiches which is all done in-store, as I had a conversation with one of the employees reflects the quality and taste of the sandwich.

I was very impressed with this location and will return! Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Tried their turkey and bacon sandwich. Food was fresh and delicious. The ambience was inviting, making it a perfect for spot for brunch.

Turkey stuffing sandwich was not good. Everything ice cold like straight out the fridge. Buns not toasted and $16 for a small mabey 7” sandwich is not a really a fair price in my opinion. I think i got charged an extra dollar as i asked for extra sauce which to me is crazy at a sandwich shop that already this overpriced. I do not think I will be back and suggest the staff tell the customer before if extra sauce cost extra as some like myself may assume it does not.
