This place was mid to me. I've had a lot better poke over the years. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out either. The person helping me though was really nice and helpful with letting me know what options were gluten free.
We had a large order that initially we were going to do online but is didn’t register rewards.
So we called and spoke with Richard who told us to come in and he’d take care of us. He then landed up calling us a few minutes later and asked us for our order and he’d have it ready by the time we got to the store.
Everything was labeled with names and packed neatly so nothing was going to fall out or leak.

I had such a wonderful experience here tonight. The customer service was top notch as the staff member walked me through the vegan options that I could get (which was more things than I expected). There were even 3 sauce options that were vegan. I also loved the fresh fruit, kimchi, seaweed salad add ons that were delightful. The bowl was a 10/10 and the best vegan poke bowl I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back!
