Bowl is always packed to the top and super accommodating to all of my strange requests. I went in-person today as I have graduated high school, and the nicest employee named Nevaeh helped me! I was worried that I came in too close to closing time, but she assured me it was no problem. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 100% recommend. I ended up taking their recommendations and tried the Yuzu with salmon and crispy miso with salmon. Both were fantastic and the ingredients were so fresh! “We had a large order that initially we were going to do online but is didn’t register rewards.
So we called and spoke with Richard who told us to come in and he’d take care of us. He then landed up calling us a few minutes later and asked us for our order and he’d have it ready by the time we got to the store.
Everything was labeled with names and packed neatly so nothing was going to fall out or leak.

“I went to this place and this place is phenomenal. I recommend to go during lunch because it just opened and everything feels more fresh.

The atmosphere when I walked in is full decorations and lots of plants at the entrance to make it feel more Japan vibes. There are also photos of food at the entrance so you know what your ordering and what to expect. Even the washroom has mini paintings.

The service is mostly quick, although our server didn't know the menu so it took some time. Everything else was expected.

The food is outstanding. I recommend ordering sashimi and rolls tray if you can finish it. The food is absolutely fresh and I can taste it in every bite. And everything is reasonably cheap which is fantastic.

Overall this place is a must go if you want to eat Japanese sushi and your in the area.“

“I was ordering a big catering order and there was an issue with DoorDash and the delivery time. The owner, Bruce, was so amazing and helpful. He even called me back a few days later to check in. Even though the order arrived much later than I wanted, I have zero issues with the restaurant itself. (The delay was entirely DoorDash's fault.)

They even added the initials of each person on their order, which made distributing it so much easier. Food was delicious and I would definitely order from here again.
