“We had a large order that initially we were going to do online but is didn’t register rewards.
So we called and spoke with Richard who told us to come in and he’d take care of us. He then landed up calling us a few minutes later and asked us for our order and he’d have it ready by the time we got to the store.
Everything was labeled with names and packed neatly so nothing was going to fall out or leak.
We appreciated the great service that he provided and will continue to frequent this location.“

The place feels clean and casual with a bright, simple setup that makes ordering easy — you customize your bowl right in front of you. Staff were friendly and helped me decide on sauces and ingredients when I wasn’t sure what to pick. The overall vibe was relaxed and easygoing, perfect for a quick lunch or takeout on the go. A lot of people were ordering bowls or grabbing takeout too, so it clearly draws regulars and visitors alike.“

“Pokerrito from this location is always so fresh! I’ve tried a few different Pokerrito locations, and you can definitely tell the difference in quality.
Also, Carol is absolutely wonderful and amazing with customers!!! Over a year ago, I made a mistake with my order, and ever since then she has remembered my order and has even reached out to reconfirm the details when I accidentally ordered it incorrectly again 🙈.
She is truly a ⭐! Her attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to her customers really stand out. I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication are recognized and appreciated!“

“Great concept. You can select the size (large or small), base(white rice, brown rice, or green vegetables), add from selected items(sea weed, pineapple, soybeans, lots of options), all kinds of sauce, and selection of poke. Healthy, delicious, we had it multiple times in our first visit to Vancouver. Love it.“

“Such a refreshing and healthy option in the mall! I love that they have plenty of fresh toppings and great vegan-friendly choices. The portions are generous, and the fish tasted very fresh. It’s the perfect light lunch that doesn't leave you feeling sluggish for the rest of your shopping trip. Clean counter and efficient service. “I’ve gotten Steve’s Poke Bar every other week during my senior year in high school through Uber Eats, and they never disappoint. Bowl is always packed to the top and super accommodating to all of my strange requests. I went in-person today as I have graduated high school, and the nicest employee named Nevaeh helped me! I was worried that I came in too close to closing time, but she assured me it was no problem. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 100% recommend. (They always have good BOGO deals on Uber as well, I look forward to eating at their UBC location!)“
