Based on the reviews, BESPOKE & SUSHI is a small restaurant near the airport with wonderful fresh sushi and great service. The food quality is amazing and the fish taste is sublime. The rolls are fresh and delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the Yummy Yam sushi (with sweet potato, avocado, mango), Veggie Udon, beef udon, tofu donburi, and spicy salmon sashimi. The MAKE YOUR OWN BESPOKE BOWL and fried calamari were also very delicious. The Hojicha Roasted Green Tea was delightful. The restaurant has a small dine in area, not really any space for groups larger than 4 people. The vibe is great, and the atmosphere is excellent. A 10% discount is available for cash payments. The restaurant is very busy, so making a reservation is advised. It is a gem that is awesome and affordable, perfect for great sushi at an affordable price.
