“I’ve ordered from this place twice now, and both times I got their mixed rice bowl with beef, fresh vegetables, corn, and avocado. I’m honestly very impressed and completely satisfied.
The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Everything is perfectly cooked — so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. You don’t need to chew forever like with some other places. I’ve had zero stomach issues afterward (which is a big plus compared to many chain restaurants where you often end up with cramps and regret).
I also love how customizable it is. You can choose your rice type and which vegetables you want. They offer great options too — you can go fully vegetarian, or add egg, chicken, fish, or beef.
The staff are genuinely friendly and kind every time.
The only downside is the interior. It’s quite basic and doesn’t really encourage you to sit and enjoy your meal there. It would be amazing if they added some nice music, better tables, and a more inviting atmosphere. That’s really the only thing missing — such a shame because the food deserves a cozy space to match!“

“Great new poke place in Vancouver near my work! They have a few unique protein & topping options that other places don't offer - the aburi salmon was SO GOOD, definitely get it!! The cucumber was nicely shredded although a bit mushier than I'd like. Would've liked a bit more rice or an option to add salad to my base.Prices are more reasonable than others as well, I noticed that it's getting much more expensive lately so I liked saving a few dollars for my poke fix. Will order from here again!“

“This is my favourite local sushi place! It’s a tiny little spot but it’s always busy and the quality is excellent. My favourites are their spicy chicken karaage, the crunch and paparazzi roll and yummy Peking duck roll. The staff is always really friendly too“

“One of my go-to spots for a fresh, healthy, and delicious meal! Hula Poke makes it so easy to build your own poke bowl just the way you like it. I love how customizable everything is — you can pick your protein (I went with the marinated salmon), choose your base (kelp noodles are a great light option), and top it off with bold, unique sauces. I tried the Tiki sauce for a nice spicy kick — highly recommend!

They also have refreshing tropical drinks called Caladas — I tried the mango one and it tasted like summer in a cup! 🍓🥭🍍

The staff are super friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the locations are always clean and welcoming. Definitely a solid spot for lunch or a light dinner.
