It is hard to find a good sandwich at a good price in Vancouver but this place does it amazingly. Staff/Owner are incredibly sweet and caring I got a pulled pork sandwich which was fresh and delicious and my girlfriend got the beef dip. Both were perfect and the place is immaculately clean.

I ordered the 85 & 21.85 was a breakfast sandwich and I'm just not a fan of how much bread ratio there is to ingredients. It completely takes away from the ingredients. It made it dry. I ended up eating it like an open face sandwich. The 21 was a pulled pork , ham, Swiss, hickory sticks, And as delicious as that sounds the pulled pork was dry and the same issue of bread to ingredients ratio making it even more dry. I added my own sauce and also ate it open faced. To balance out ingredients .In the end for 2 small sandwiches (smaller than 6 inches at subway)for $22 was not worth it. Would maybe try one more time but not rushing back.

Your Average Sandwhich Shop.Service was prompt and friendly! Restaurant is cleanly and there is a large menu with plenty of options to choose from.A sandwhich is about $15 and was pretty average. Lots of variety with good ingredients but nothing stood out as phenomenal. (I tried the Turkey and the roast beef).Dine in is a standard fast food experience. Plenty of seating, no plug ins so not ideal for students. Lots of parking space.

The Big star team (Ryan, Kayley, Bhumika, and Sharlane) at the New West location was amazing. They catered my work event for 150 people and worked all morning the day of to get our order ready in time. All with smiles on their faces. Ryan's communication with me from the beginning when I was inquiring about catering services to walking out the door with my order was flawless. They organized all the food as requested and made it easy to serve our guests. Thank you Big Star New West team for your amazing service!

First time visiting this gem of a sandwich shop and we were blown away! The freshness of the ingredients made every bite incredibly tasty. It's a shame we don't have this shop back home; the convenience of ample parking and its central location only added to our wish that we could frequent this spot more often. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional sandwich experience!Kid-friendliness: Customizable sandwich choices.

taste was not bad but definitely not worth 16$, got the large and was still hungry after

I got the #3 turkey sandwich. Too much mayo and really skimpy on the turkey and toppings. Definitely not worth $15. Value is not good, spend your money elsewhere. Place was clean and pleasant, and service was friendly.
