Your Average Sandwhich Shop.Service was prompt and friendly! Restaurant is cleanly and there is a large menu with plenty of options to choose from.A sandwhich is about $15 and was pretty average. Lots of variety with good ingredients but nothing stood out as phenomenal. (I tried the Turkey and the roast beef).Dine in is a standard fast food experience. Plenty of seating, no plug ins so not ideal for students. Lots of parking space.
The Big star team (Ryan, Kayley, Bhumika, and Sharlane) at the New West location was amazing. They catered my work event for 150 people and worked all morning the day of to get our order ready in time. All with smiles on their faces. Ryan's communication with me from the beginning when I was inquiring about catering services to walking out the door with my order was flawless. It is hard to find a good sandwich at a good price in Vancouver but this place does it amazingly. Staff/Owner are incredibly sweet and caring I got a pulled pork sandwich which was fresh and delicious and my girlfriend got the beef dip. Both were perfect and the place is immaculately clean.
