I like this Bubble Waffle location in Aberdeen. Comfort food as any other bubble waffle locations. Aberdeen Center food court always makes me feel like I’m in Asia and is a much needed escape once in a while when I miss Asian food

Found a bug in my food today so I would recommend to check your food before you eat. I still feel sick after a couple hours so I am not too sure about coming back again. Lady at cashier did give full refund so?!

We enjoyed the custom noodles, rice rolls, Mongolian lamb dry noodles, and bubble waffle, paired with cold lemon tea and milk tea. It felt like a safe choice since we’re already familiar with the Bubble Waffle chain.

They charge extra for everything. I got the bubble waffle and drink special but they charged extra for any drink except for a few basic ones. It wasn’t disclosed on the sign and the additional price makes it more expensive than ordering separately. Also their cup broke and they wanted to charge me extra for cup. They’ve really gone downhill after changing owners a few years ago.

I've ordered the duck breast in Laksa. Totally different kind. And spiciest among all bubble waffle branch. The meat was just 5 pieces. And my laksa had tomatoes on it. Large slices of tomatoes. They should have standards and should be the same on other bubble waffle franchises. Never again.

I used to enjoy this place and even left a positive review last month, but after what I witnessed on March 7th, I can no longer recommend it.

Maybe it was because it was close to closing time, but what I saw was completely unacceptable. The girl at the till was handling cash, counting bills, and then—without washing her hands or wearing gloves—she used her bare hands to place food onto my tray. No gloves, no tongs, nothing. This is a blatant food safety violation and a serious health concern.

This isn’t just an oversight—it’s basic hygiene that any food establishment should follow. I will be reporting this to Vancouver Coastal Health because food handling like this puts customers at risk. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Love their milk tea and those signature Hong Kong street food. Friendly staff and efficient service. One of our favourite places to get our comfort food whenever we visit Vancouver. The food court offers a great selection of food. Prices are very reasonable too. It’s a bit difficult to get a table during meal times though.

Recommended dishes: Original Bubble Waffle

Bubble waffle and waffle cake is good but the cheesy noodles are so bad beyond comprehension. They taste bland and all the flavour is at the bottom. There’s only a thin later of cheese on top aswell. Waste of my time and $11. They taste like the stuff I would cook when I’m 6 and home alone. My dad would make a better meal when he’s drunk and beating me both at the same time.

The fried squid tentacles were seasoned well, but the batter was a big mess and the frying oil was due for a change. They left the tentacles in the frier for too long, so it was soggy instead of crispy.

The bubble waffle was good since it was fresh.
