Came for the 9pm happy hour deal and we had the all you can drink too. Decent selection of items for hot pot and ready-to-eat foods however, there are places with a larger selection at a similar price or cheaper. Still a great place though!
The staff were great although a bit hard to get the attention of sometimes.

Highly recommend this place for all you can eat!
This is my second time visiting this well-known AYCE hot pot restaurant, and it did not disappoint again!
There was still a huge variety of fresh ingredients with so many choices. The beef was sliced a little thin, but it remained fresh and tasty.
We also added the $3.99 unlimited drinks again, and they were surprisingly good. The kimchi was still one of my favourites 😋

Based on the reviews, ChoCho Hot Pot Richmond offers food that is equally delicious, fresh, and high quality, especially the premium buffet selection. The fruit and dessert bar is really nice, and the complimentary ice cream at the end is a nice touch. The restaurant provides dental floss picks, which is a thoughtful detail. However, the service is inconsistent, with some servers working super hard while others stand around chatting. The tables are too small to fit everyone’s plates, and the placement of the pots is awkward, as they are in a row on the centre of the table instead of in front of you. Customers must flag a server down to order instead of using an iPad, which is inconvenient. The self serve section is a bit cramped. The Richmond location is considered pricey compared to a place like bigway, though a birthday discount of $5 off per person is available.
