We have been eating at this location for a few years and my wife loved it. Every year the price went up by 50 cents to 1 dollar which is fine but lately the meats in the noodle soup reduce by at least half then that's not ok!!! Guess we will have to find another place!!!

The app and payment options are great - nice and convenient. However was not completely satisfied with meal. Spiced boneless chicken was a bit chewy and dry. Wings were good and relatively decent value at $8.95. Inconsistent across locations makes it hard to know what to expect.

The prices are great, and the service was fast. I ordered the chicken rice, and the portion size was huge compared to other places I've been to. It’s definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for good food without breaking the bank.

I am a person who doesn’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to leave my experience for other customers, owner, and employees . I ordered a bubble waffle and a few milk teas through uber, and as I was eating, I bit into something hard.
To my shock, it was a stapler pin embedded in the middle of the waffle. I checked The packaging didn’t even have any staples, so I have no idea how it ended up “inside” the waffle.
I’m deeply concerned about the safety standards in place, as I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had swallowed it. I hope the management takes this seriously and investigates how this could have happened. This incident has left me feeling extremely unsettled, and I would appreciate a response from the staff or owner.

I had almost finished the waffle when I discovered the stapler pin. After the call with uber eat customer service, I’ve started to feel a sudden, unusual scratchiness in my throat. Right now, I’m seriously worried that I might have accidentally swallowed another pin. I hope it’s nothing serious, but if any problems arise, I’ll go to the emergency and get a medical report, which I will formally submit to you. I checked another review said he or she found a staple in the soup. *Please understand that you’ll need to take responsibility if something happens.

One of the better food court bubble waffle cafes that I’ve tried and one of the more affordable ones too. (Make sure to order on their website for 10% off). The only thing I can critique is their bubble waffle tends to be cold, but that goes to all locations except the dine-in one by Steveston Highway. Considering how busy this location is, they are efficient.

Worst customer service ever. Just bought their Laksa soup (too salty by the way), and was asking for tap water. It costs $0.25 for the cup. I am willing to pay with debit, but they say $5 minimum. How is that???!. We attempted 2 times and nothing. They keep saying its policy. I was almost at a point that I was willing to pay $5, for the water, because we were sooo thirsty, but just decided to suck it up. Its just so bad customer service. !!!!! Never coming back here.

The menu on the screen does not match reality. A lot of their items on the screen says it includes a drink, but it actually doesn't, which will make customers upset. You should be consistent on your menu and in real life, don't cause confusion for customers, this is basic sense.

After shopping at CF Richmond, Bubble Waffle is always our go-to spot to satisfy our appetite. My favorites here are the Hong Kong Lemon Iced Tea and the Bubble Waffle, which never disappoint. For noodles, I love the Laksa, while the kids really enjoy the chicken.
Located in the CF Richmond food court, Bubble Waffle’s rating is based on food court standards. I’d give it 3 stars for the food—some options I’ve tried weren’t as outstanding, but they were still good. I’d definitely come back unless a new and better option catches my eye.
