I got a bubble waffle and asked for condensed milk but when I got it it smelt and tasted like peanut butter. Thank goodness I didn’t let me friend take a bite when he asked because he’s allergic. When I asked the workers about it the lady had an attitude like I was rudely complaining. All I asked was why it smelt and tasted like peanuts if I got condensed milk. This could’ve made my friends throat close up and even worse it tasted terrible I hate penuts.

Do not get their coconut beef brisket curry noodle soup. That was the most digusting thing I've ate this year. I couldn't finish it and tossed it out. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog.

Waffle was ok and dry but the low ratings come from super slow service and non friendly staff. Only ordered a few waffles and everyone after me with got their much bigger orders.

They refused to correct an error they made stating that I did not entered the right option. What a stupid and unacceptable excuse. I want a sugar free iced tea. They gave me a sugar version. Not a single sorry.

I've only gotten drinks and bubble waffles from here so I guess I haven't experienced the bad things that other reviewers have experienced. 😅
The last time I ordered, I got an iced lemon tea and a plain bubble waffle. The cashier took my money, gave me my food and drink, and then gave me my change. The interaction took about 2 minutes which is great for me as an introvert.

We have been eating at this location for a few years and my wife loved it. Every year the price went up by 50 cents to 1 dollar which is fine but lately the meats in the noodle soup reduce by at least half then that's not ok!!! Guess we will have to find another place!!!

The app and payment options are great - nice and convenient. However was not completely satisfied with meal. Spiced boneless chicken was a bit chewy and dry. Wings were good and relatively decent value at $8.95. Inconsistent across locations makes it hard to know what to expect.
