I used to be a loyal customer of this eggette shop in Richmond Centre. Their food quality was excellent, especially the soup bases — rich, flavorful, and satisfying. But ever since what seems to be a change in ownership, things have gone downhill.
Today I ordered the tomato pumpkin fish soup, and the moment I opened the lid, there was a strong unpleasant smell — almost like stinky hotpot. The fish soup lacked freshness and had a strange odor that made me wonder if they gave me the wrong soup or used poor ingredients. The texture used to be smooth and tasty, but now it feels rough and bland.
Really disappointed. I hope the shop takes this seriously and improves the food quality. Long-time customers like us deserve better.

After stop coming here for about 9 months we decide to give it another try! The experience is even worse the noodle soup everything is reduced by 1/3 (meat, veggies, even soup) they will charge you if you ask for more soup!! My wife's noodles were under cooked and after I brought it back they gave me way over cooked noodles! Will never come back to this place horrible experience!!

Made an order at the mall and the staff gave us a hard time when we had enough to redeem points for free bubble waffles. Ended up shorting us on our order and when we went over to tell the servers, they told us we were lying.

Quick lunch in Richmond Center food court. Decent bubble waffle on special but not their regular 🧇 that I prefer as it usually more crispy and fresh not mass production and sitting around for add to combo orders, additionally the other flavors are bland here it can be disappointment if just taste like the original still.
Chicken wings over cooked and the noodles was acceptable for a food court meal.

I got a bubble waffle and asked for condensed milk but when I got it it smelt and tasted like peanut butter. Thank goodness I didn’t let me friend take a bite when he asked because he’s allergic. When I asked the workers about it the lady had an attitude like I was rudely complaining. All I asked was why it smelt and tasted like peanuts if I got condensed milk. This could’ve made my friends throat close up and even worse it tasted terrible I hate penuts.

Do not get their coconut beef brisket curry noodle soup. That was the most digusting thing I've ate this year. I couldn't finish it and tossed it out. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog.

They refused to correct an error they made stating that I did not entered the right option. What a stupid and unacceptable excuse. I want a sugar free iced tea. They gave me a sugar version. Not a single sorry.
